*Facility Fee Update for 2026
Beginning with the Spring 2026 sale, a $5 facility fee will be added to Consignor registration. This fee will increase to $10 in 2027.

After more than 16 years in Douglas County, facility rental rates have increased significantly for 2026. While we explored options to ease or phase in this increase, the new rates will take effect immediately.

To continue hosting a safe, organized, and high-quality sale in Douglas County, we are absorbing the majority of this cost increase internally. The facility fee allows us to continue operating the event without reducing essential services or Consignor support.

We will continue to pursue grants and other funding opportunities to offset facility costs, and any savings secured will be passed back to Consignors when possible.
